Legal Aid NSW provide’s legal services to socially and economically disadvantaged people all over New South Wales.

Part of Legal Aid’s services is a partnership with private firms. Solicitors from private practice accept legal aid grants at a reduced rate of pay.

Grants are provided to clients who meet the means test and their matter has merit, that is, whether or not you are likely to win your matter.

If you believe you are eligible for a grant of legal aid, telephone our office to arrange an appointment, we can discuss your matter with you and advise whether or not you are likely to obtain a grant.
